Rick Butler, Aardex Founder, CEO and Principal has been creating innovative properties for 35 years, completing more than 100 commercial projects. He developed the integrated and collaborative mission of the Company which includes development, design, construction management and property management. He is the author of User Effective® Buildings, which demonstrates the power of smart design on worker productivity. |

Jeff Seberg, Chief Financial Officer, Principal, has been in the real estate industry for more than 20 years and, specifically, in a CFO capacity for the past twelve years. He has a keen understanding of the financial nuances of a transaction, possessing a unique talent for discovering sources of financing (whether debt or equity) and bringing them together for a successful outcome. |

Janice Thompson, Chief Operating Officer, Principal, with more than 30 years leadership experience in operations, engineering, strategic planning and financial management, joined Aardex in June 2005 to develop the HR infrastructure in support of the company’s rapid growth. In her role as COO, she leads the company’s Human Resources, Information Technology, Office Administration, Construction, Design and Business Process initiatives. |

Steve Grund, Chief Marketing Officer, Principal, has 25 years experience in broadcast and print media, business communications and community relations. He manages the company’s communications and public relations; and oversees the development of all marketing collateral, media information and project proposals. |

Ben Weeks, Executive Principal, has more than 30 years experience in development/construction operations and management. Ben led The Signature Centre project which was completed in 2007. The building became Colorado’s first commercial LEED Platinum structure. He leads the company’s Office division. |

Shane Fowler, Principal, has more than $500 million dollars in completed construction projects with 15 years experience. A founding member of the Colorado Chapter of the United States Green Building Council, Shane leads the company’s Hospitality division. |

Chris Ernst, Principal, Senior Vice President of Business Development, has closed $600 million dollars in commercial real estate in his career. Chris initiated the
company’s medical developments in 2004. Aardex currently has medical developments in Arkansas,
Texas, Colorado, California and Oklahoma. |

Skip Hohnhorst, Principal, has been an acquisition and property management expert for more than 25 years. For Skip, the key is to take nothing for granted in suitability or availability. He handles all aspects of taxation, contract terms, legal, zoning and title issues. He also has extensive involvement in design review and evaluates the future operations of our structures. |

James C. Turpen, Vice President of Healthcare Development, served five years as CEO of Insite, Colorado's premier medical real estate management firm, before joining Aardex in 2006. His medical office building for St. Anthony North opens in August of 2008, and will be LEED certified. He leads the company’s Healthcare division. |

Randy Swearingen, Vice President of Office Development, has closed more than $650 million dollars of commercial real estate and has over 22 years of experience. He led the leasing and disposition efforts of the LEED Platinum Signature Centre which was 100% preleased and sold within months of completion. Randy leads the company’s Office Development and BTS efforts with local Platinum projects like the 17 story Signature Tower, RTD/Fed Center and Rock Creek as well as Vision Park in Woodlands Texas. |

Tom Foster, Vice President of Hospital Development, has been involved in the construction of hospital facilities for over 15 years. He has built
over 2 million square feet of hospital and cancer space, including Linear Accelerators worth over
$700 million. Tom has joined Aardex to develop hospitals and speciality medical developments.
He has recently finished the construction of the Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion for the University
of Colorado Hospital phase I and II, the Anshcutz Cancer Pavilion and Swedish Medical Center
Women’s Center. |

Tim McDonough, Vice President of Senior/Multi-Housing Development, has more than 18 years of real estate development, construction and finance experience. Tim leads the company’s Multi-Housing division responsible for developing a portfolio of senior housing and multi-family assets to complement the company’s commercial and mixed-use lines of business. During his career he has successfully completed over 3.5 million square feet of commercial and residential real estate with a combined value of $500 million. |

Ashley Lemon, AIA, Director of Design. With 15 years of experience, Ashley has contributed to more than 3 million square feet of built space in commercial, educational, healthcare and residential projects. He leads the architectural efforts for Aardex business lines in Office, Healthcare and Hospitality. |

Harry Knight, Director of Construction is a building veteran with more than 20 years industry experience, primarily as a construction manager. Harry has played a leadership role in the construction of 10 major medical projects in the past five years. He leads the pre-construction and purchasing efforts for the company. |
