Chris Ernst, CEO and President, Principal, has developed Aardex's most compelling projects, including the double LEED Platinum Signature Center in Golden, CO. Over Chris' career Chris has closed in excess of 1.3 billion dollars in sales and leasing transactions. Chris also initiated the company’s medical developments in 2004 while serving as Senior VP for Business Development. Chris is leading the company's unique visionary expansion of providing third party property services. |

Jeff Seberg, Chief Financial Officer, Principal, has been in the real estate industry for more than 25 years. In addition to his proven ability in specializing in profitable financial management, Jeff has a keen understanding of the financial management needs of both the client and the building owner, as well as possessing a unique talent for discovering sources of financing. Jeff also has in excess of 20 years experience in streamlining operations to provide cost effect client driven operations. |

Skip Hohnhorst, Director of Property Services, has been an acquisition and property management expert for more than 25 years. For Skip, the key is to provide building owners exceptional property services, while focusing on methods to improve the building owners Net Operating Income. In addition, Skip handles all aspects of contract terms, legal zoning and title issues for the Company. |

Ashley Lemon, AIA, Vice President of Design & Construction
With over 20 years of experience, Ashley has contributed to more than 3.5 million square feet of built space in commercial, educational, retail, healthcare and residential projects. He leads the design efforts for all Aardex LEED projects, as well as general oversight of project construction. |

Harry Knight, Vice President of Construction Services
Harry Knight is a building veteran with more than 25 years of industry experience. He leads the pre-construction and purchasing efforts for the company. Harry led the development team on the Muskogee Community Hospital through pre-construction, entitlement and LEED Gold certification. At 95,000sf, the LEED Gold MCH is the nation's first ground-source geothermal hospital. |

Brent Hockins, Director of Facilities
Brent has and extensive background with over 20 years in facilities management, which includes managing several large portfolios in multiple states, and a wide array of buildings that include industrial, retail and class A office buildings. Brent manages the day-to-day operations and maintenance staff of all the properties in our portfolio. Brent is responsible for the coordination of tenant improvements, capitol improvements, and capital repairs.

Susan Dechert, CPA, Controller
Susan has served as a CPA, Auditor and Financial Officer for various financial and real estate related companies for more than 25 years. Susan leads all aspects of the financial reporting and forecasting, as well as the internal auditing and reporting for our existing properties. Susan is well versed on accounting as it relates to tax issues, auditing and reporting. Susan also manages the preparation of all multi-state tax returns for various corporations, associations, and limited liability companies. |
