Our senior management team is lead by veteran real estate developer and CEO, Chris Ernst.

Our staff includes property services specialists, architects, engineers, contractors, construction management specialists, market assessment and land-use analysts, healthcare planners, financing specialists, marketing experts and real estate developers.

Management Team

Chris Ernst, CEO and President, Principal, has developed ARES most compelling projects, including the double LEED Platinum Signature Center in Golden, CO. Over Chris' career Chris has closed in excess of 1.3 billion dollars in sales and leasing transactions. Chris also initiated the company’s medical developments in 2004 while serving as Senior VP for Business Development. Chris is leading the company's unique  visionary expansion of providing third party property services.
Jeff Seberg, Chief Financial Officer, Principal, has been in the real estate industry for more than 25 years. In addition to his proven ability in specializing in profitable financial management, Jeff has a keen understanding of the financial management needs of both the client and the building owner, as well as possessing a unique talent for discovering sources of financing. Jeff also has in excess of 20 years experience in streamlining operations to provide cost effect client driven operations.
Ashley Lemon, AIA, Vice President of Design & Construction
With over 20 years of experience, Ashley has contributed to more than 3.5 million square feet of built space in commercial, educational, retail, healthcare and residential projects. He leads the design efforts for all ARES LEED projects, as well as general oversight of project construction.

Sandi Schroeder, CPM, RPA, CCIM, LEED Green Associate Director of Property Services. In her 26 years in property management, Sandi as been responsible for the management of over 9 million square feet of A-class high and low rise commercial, retail and industrial projects in several states within the Western/Southwestern United States. In addition to property management her experience includes tenant improvement project management, brokerage, tenant relations, capital projects supervision and cash flow analysis to name a few. With Sandi’s strong interpersonal and negotiations skills along with her high energy, strong organizational abilities and passion for her chosen profession, she achieves consistent owner and tenant satisfaction while minimizing expenses and increasing revenue with the ultimate objective of improving the property’s Net Operating Income.
Harry Knight, Vice President of Construction Services
Harry Knight is a building veteran with more than 25 years of industry experience who leads pre-construction, construction and purchasing efforts. Harry directs projects to schedule and budget success -- through due diligence, development, entitlement, design concept budget to guaranteed pricing and life cycle cost analysis. Harry specializes in mitigating project and program risks. Harry has played a key role in all majore projects. Harry led the development team on Muskogee Community Hospital through pre-construction, entitlement. It is the first for profit Hospital to achieve a LEED Gold certification. The 95,000 square foot Muskogee Community Hospital is the nation's first ground-source geoexchange hospital.
