In 2011, long-time Sr. Vice President, Chris Ernst became the CEO/President of ARES Mr. Ernst was the driving force in developing buildings in the private sector and extending our service lines to healthcare, multi-family and hospitality. With Chris' vision, ARES has begun offering additional services such as Brokerage and Tenant Improvement to its already diverse portfolio. With these new offerings, ARES (ARES Real Estate Services) and COLCON companies were added to accomodate our Property Services and 3rd party Construction services that will continue to provide the highest quality of sustainable practices.
Most recently, in June 2012, COLCON completed a project in Riverside, CA in partnership with Community Health Systems. This new facility houses a state-of-the-art Women's health care clinic and dental facility. ARES has developed healthcare facilities in four states, including the nation's first geothermal hospital in Oklahoma, and St. Anthony North's Medical office building in Westminster, Co., both with LEED gold certification.
