Construction Manager
Mission: Has the vision to see the future of the project in sufficient time to make the necessary changes in advance. Constantly seeks out the next thing that will promote the schedule and budget. Sets the stage for all Aardex staff and specialty contractors to think into the future to seek and solve problems before they have a chance to affect the project.
The Construction Manager is responsible for the direct daily management of all employees involved in the construction process, including the Field Superintendent, Project Engineer, Subcontractors, and Contract Administrator. Responsible for managing the schedule and cost model for the construction processes as well as safety, quality control, and risk management processes. Responsible for RFI and issue resolution processes. Responsible for communication and review of purchasing requirements with the Purchasing Representative. May be nominated as a Development Manager for a construction project.
The qualified candidate MUST have proven experience in hospital or medical clinic construction project management.
