Development Manager
The Development Manager manages the project from inception through property management and is considered the prime contractor. Supervises operational staff during the course of the project. Participates in the selection of resources for the project in conjunction with the principal in charge and the departmental vice president. Has responsibility for managing all aspects of the project including planning and staffing, coordinating between groups, working with peers, managing matrixed resources, managing costs and managing vendor relationships. Assist the principal in charge in developing and maintaining appropriate relationships to ensure successful completion among both internal and external entities.
The qualified candidate MUST have proven experience in hospital or medical clinic construction project management.
