Field Superintendent
The Field Superintendent leads onsite staff through the construction management process from Mobilization through Punch List and Building Start-up. Manage and monitor performance of all on-site personnel to ensure that regulatory, safety and quality standards are applied throughout the construction process. Lead all on-site operations ensuring that construction activities are executed to exceed schedule expectations. Reports all issues and provides progress updates to the Development Manager and Construction Manager, on a daily basis. Collaborates with Senior Project Members in value engineering, scheduling and development of "Best Practices" documentation.
The qualified candidate MUST have proven experience in hospital or medical clinic construction project management.
