Senior Project Engineer
Mission: Has the vision to see the future of the project in sufficient time to make the necessary changes in advance by affecting the details of the design and construction. Constantly seeks out the next thing that will promote the schedule and budget.
The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for the direct daily coordination of all field, office and specialty contractor activities in the construction process, and coordinates with the Construction Manager, Project & Field Engineers, Subcontractors, and Contract Administrator. Responsible for updating drawings, coordination of design drawings to facilitate the most efficient construction buyout and installation, on-time delivery of materials to the jobsite, and updating the schedule and cost model for the construction processes as well as safety, quality control, and risk management processes. Responsible for RFI and issue resolution processes. Responsible for communication and review of purchasing requirements with the Purchasing Representative. May be nominated as a Construction Manager for a construction project.
