Because we plan, develop, build and manage projects, we have an in-depth knowledge of both the needs of the tenants and the building systems.
To facilitate tenant services, we have a proprietary, on-line request and monitoring program. It's our way of ensuring prompt, quality service.
Our tenants can use the Tenant Service Request System to report on-site issues, request service, obtain the status of pending services, review past service requests and provide feedback for Aardex Property Services.
