Submitting a Request

Submitting a service request is as easy as logging onto our TSR web site (http://requests.aardex.com) with the provided username and password, and filling out a form online. It is simpler than sending an e-mail. All requests are logged into our database for status updates and future reporting.

Receive status notification

Aardex Property Services receives each request instantly. Both the on-site Property Manager and the main office staff will receive the request. You will also receive an acknowledgement of receipt of the message by our system. The Property Manager will contact the reporting party within 30 minutes to acknowledge the request and advise how the issue will be resolved.

Review submitted requests

Each user may go into the system to view the status of all outstanding requests. Even after an issue is resolved and the request is closed in the TSR system, the record will remain in the TSR database and can be viewed on the web site at any time.

Provide feedback

After a request is closed, the user may provide feedback and comments to Aardex Property Services regarding the level of service provided to resolve the submitted request.

Site inspections are scheduled by representatives from our Property Services home office at least three times per year to insure compliance with the quality standards established for your facility.

The TSR system is designed to provide Aardex tenants with tracking and reporting capability for all on-site service issues as well as efficient communication with Aardex staff. We believe efficient communication is the key to our providing Property Services that anticipate your needs and exceed your expectations.
