Signature Tower

Signature Tower comes on the heels of Aardex’s most recent office development, Signature Centre at Denver West, which has the coveted designation of being Colorado’s first commercial LEED Platinum Office Building. The intent of Signature Tower will be very similar in its goals of incorporating as many User Effective^® Design Elements as possible within the project while also achieving the highest LEED rating feasible (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).

User Effective Design Elements include:

State of the art under-floor HVAC system - serving the entire building and allowing individual control of both air flow and temperature by each and every occupant within the building
Passive exterior heat-load mitigation via hot and cold-water coils along interior curtain wall
Individual temperature and ventilation control for individual’s preferred climate
Electrostatic air filtering for improved air quality and reduced absenteeism
System moves air at 65 degrees versus 55 degrees creating a 30-50% utility savings
Noise control via STC 56 demising walls and
Raised Flooring allowing for Movable Interiors for future flexibility of space
Raised Floor w/ HVAC, Electrical, Phone and Data under floor for ultimate systems flexibility
Clerestory windows that harvest natural daylight and greatly enhance outdoor views
High performance glass, reducing heatload and conserving energy
Exterior sunshades to reduce glare while reflecting daylight into the interior
Task lighting allowing for individual occupant’s control
Native, natural and non-toxic materials for reduced environmental impact
