Aardex LLC is the Colorado 2007 winner of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Office Development of the Year.
NAIOP president John Ellis presented its annual “Best of the Best” award to Aardex principal Ben Weeks, who led the effort to build the Signature Centre, Colorado’s first commercial LEED Platinum building.
