Signature Centre is 100% pre-leased

Aardex LLC, a nation wide, full service design, development and construction firm announced today that it has fully pre-leased the Signature Centre; a 185,920 square-foot office building in Denver, Colorado. The five story Class A office property is located at 14143 Denver West Parkway, near the intersection of Denver West Marriott Boulevard and I-70 on the West side of Denver.

“The Signature Centre is one-of-a-kind. It breaks the mold on what a building can achieve to improve company and employee performance,” said Randy Swearingen, director of office development for Aardex. “Green buildings manage energy costs. Tenants and their employers appreciate that.”

The anchor tenant is Gambro which is relocating a number of employees from its current Lakewood location. Gambro BCT is leasing 97,066 square feet in addition to the original 62,616 square feet which the company secured last year. Aardex is relocating its Lakewood headquarters as well, leasing 17,677 square feet. Blue Sun Biodiesel will lease 7,602 square feet; and Bravo Café will lease 959 square feet. Also featured are a workout facility, on site management and over 100,000sf of elevator accessible parking under the building.

“The Signature Centre is truly 21st century technology,” said Swearingen. “There is underfloor air throughout the structure for individual temperature and ventilation control. Those are the number one and number two complaints in office buildings today. I’m too hot or I’m too cold.”
